Like in any General Membership meeting held in the past, an open forum was conducted to gather member’s complains, suggestions and clarifications. The forum started with the CPD Points which is currently the hottest topic in the four corners of professional community. CPD topic earned a lot of clarifications as many PRC licensed Electrical Engineers and Master Electricians are currently facing the issue of shortage of CPD Points while needing to renew their license which was addressed by Chapter Vice President for External Affairs, Engr. Roldan V. Garcia. The members also clarified as to how the Chapter can help the members in renewal and claim of PRC License ID which was a very interesting topic because this is major concern for Overseas Working Professionals for which the Membership Committee planned to take it up to Philippine Professional Organization (PPO). Other topics discussed include the update of membership and release of IDs and request for COGS. The forum also include suggestion from some members about the possible topic of seminars while Engr. Sherwin Sandoval, our supportive SPLE instructor, offered to conduct Arabic Lessons in order to improve the arabic communication skills of our members working in Riyadh which is highly essential considering our current job location. On the other hand, Engr. Jojo M.
