2018 IIEE NATIONAL MID-YEAR CONFERENCE
The Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines, Inc., (IIEE) is pleased to invite all electrical practitioners to attend the 2018 National Midyear Convention on May 17-19, 2018at the Limketkai Atrium, Limketkai Mall, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental.
The Midyear Convention is organized to support the professional growth and information necessities of the electrical practitioners in the country. It is the continuous development of IIEE members and non-members all throughout the country.
Guided with this year’s theme: “Embracing Global Challenges through Sustainable Energy Practices,” this three-day event offers various technical activities designed to enhance the professional skills and competencies of the delegates, as well as to strengthen and to promote camaraderie within the industry from associates, government and private sectors.
1. TECHNICAL SESSIONS AND PRODUCT PRESENTATIONS. Experts will discuss the latest technologies, products, services and best practices that can be used by the electrical practitioner in his/her work place. Electrical practitioner will be equipped with the latest tools on the various opportunities and challenges that await them in the profession.
2. EE EDUCATOR’S RESEARCH COLLOQUIUM AND ACADEME FORUM. Meet with your fellow educators, exchange insights and share your ideas and recommendations on the current state of the electrical engineering education in the country.
3. ELECTRICIAN’S FORUM. This is your chance to demonstrate your competency as an electrician. Electricians will be encouraged to become registered master electricians through the help of this forum.
4. SPORTS TOURNAMENT. Unwind, wear your sports attire and enjoy a friendly competition among fellow practitioners and supporters in the industry by participating in the Sports Tournament.
5. PLANT TOUR. Visit private and government power plants within the Province of Misamis Oriental.
6. EXHIBIT. Open for the grandest display and exposition of the latest available electrical equipment, machineries, appliances, personal devices or services which will be showcased by various companies from the institute.
7. FELLOWSHIP NIGHT. Establish camaraderie with valued stakeholders /exhibitors and forge cordial relationship with your fellow electrical practitioners.
Join the midyear convention to support the Institute’s advocacies and earn Continuing Program Development (CPD) Credit Units as mandated by Republic Act 10912.
CONVENTION FEE
Active IIEE Member (PEE, REE, RME):
Early Registration Rate : Php 3,200.00 (on or before April 16, 2018)
Regular Registration Rate : Php 3,500.00
Non-Member/Inactive Member:
PEE/REE : Php 5,000.00 (includes membership fee)
RME : Php 4,700.00 (includes membership fee)
Student Rate : Php1,750.00 (Convention Kit Excluded)
(Limited to first 50 Students: Active CSC Members)
Discount : 20% for Senior Citizen (Active Member)

Note: Due to space and seats limitations, only the first 1,000 registrants may be accorded with GUARANTEED seats, convention kits and related details. The convention will be on 1st registrant – 1st serve basis. Early registrants will receive their convention kits starting on April 16, 2018.
